Account information: name, email address, and authentication credentials when you register.

Portfolio & usage data: portfolios, holdings, alert rules, paper trades, and preferences you create.

Billing information: payment processing is handled by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card number on our servers.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and usage logs collected automatically.

To provide, operate, and maintain the Platform and its features (event feed, alerts, recommendations, paper trading, and the Developer API).

To process subscriptions and manage your plan and usage quotas.

To deliver alert notifications through channels you explicitly connect (e.g., in-app, email, Slack, or Microsoft Teams).

To improve our models, analytics, and user experience, and to detect abuse or fraud.

To communicate with you about your account, security, and service updates.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help operate the Platform, such as:

Stripe — payment processing (subject to Stripe's own privacy policy).

Market data providers — to retrieve pricing used in forecasts and evaluations.

Cloud hosting & analytics — infrastructure and usage analytics providers.

We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

If you connect Slack or Microsoft Teams, you authorize us to send alert notifications to those services on your behalf. We access only the scopes you grant and do not store your third-party passwords. You can disconnect these integrations at any time.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

We use cookies and local browser storage for authentication, session management, and remembering preferences (such as your onboarding progress and disclaimer acknowledgment). You can disable these in your browser, though some features may not function properly.

We retain your account and portfolio data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time. Aggregate, anonymized, and model-performance data may be retained indefinitely for research and product improvement.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us through the support channels provided in the app.

The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us data, please contact us and we will remove it.

If you access the Platform from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the US. By using the Platform, you consent to such transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
